This board is here for support and help between the users of Forumotion, Forumactif's English version. So, it is important to keep this board clean for everyone's comfort and these following rules are here to help it.

Note : There may be modifications anytime, so we invite you to re-read it regularly.

- Messages posted on the board -

- Before you post : A search should be done to see if your questions have not been already posted. You have a FAQ section where you can find answers for general questions about board management

- Topic titles : When you post your question or your problem, you must use a title related to your problem/question. Words such as "Urgent", "SOS", "Question", "Problem", "Hurry" are not tolerated. Capitals should also be avoided.

- Description of you problem/question : When you ask a question, try to be clear and accurate about what you want to say. Don't hesitate to describe your problem. The more info you give, the better we can answer you.

- Language on this forum : When you write in English, SMS (cell phone) style message, L3375P34K (leetspeak) and deliberate mistakes must be avoided. Non-English people, as well as English people, must be able to understand what you write, so put a minimum of care in your English, even if your English is not very good (eh, Godfather...lol? )

- Colors and capitals : When you write your message, please don't abuse capitals (it means that you shout) or colors.
Colors are reserved for moderation, therefore don't use them.

- Flood and off-topic : Flood must be avoided. One-word posts such like "lol", "rofl" or a single smiley must be avoided.
You must also avoid to post the same topic twice, it will not be faster for you to get a response.
As long as you topic is not in the second page of the support section, it is useless to up it. The minimun delay between two Ups is 24 hours, according to this board's default timezone (GMT - 5).
If you make a mistake, please use the button at the top-right of your post, to avoid double-posting

- Advertising for your forum : Spamming for your board is not tolerated, even by PM. If you post about a problem, give the address of your forum ONLY if we ask you OR if it's really necessary to understand a problem. Better : Put your forum address in your profile, so we will just have to click on the "Forum" button to examine your board.

- Other advertising : It is also forbidden to post advertising for money-related stuff, many of our members are under 18.

Behavior on the forum

- Defamatory, racist, hateful, pornographic, illegal or insulting content must be avoided on this forum. You must respect the fact that people may have a different opinion than you. If you are in conflict with another member, please use PMs for that, this board is not an arena!

- Please, be patient. It's useless to up your topic every 2 minutes (see the point "Flood and Off-topic"). Every member of this forum has a private life besides Forumotion, so they can't always respond immediately.

- You must respect the moderators and administrators. They all work volontarily on this forum and they are human, not machines!

- If you received advertising, pornographic content or insults by PM, you must send the whole copy (including the headers) to a moderator by PM. Posting it in a topic is useless and will only cause conflicts between you and the one who sent you the PM.

- If you found an Forumotion that doesn't respect the charter (can be seen when you create a board), PM a moderator instead of creating a topic. That will avoid undeliberate advertising.

- If you don't find your topic, it may have been moved to a more appropriate place.

If you have a question, PM a moderator for that!.

- Avatar dimensions : Your avatar's width must not exceed 150 pixels and its height must not exceed 200 pîxels. These limits are here to avoid scrolling for people who have a low screen resolution. You must also respect the limit of weight which is fixed to 300 KB. There are still people who have a low-speed connection, and heavy pictures take time to load for them.

- Your avatar is not an advertising banner, so avatars with your forum URL must be avoided.

- Sexually oriented and gore avatars must be avoided

- Your "Age/S" field is not an advertising space, so forum URL must be avoided

Possible sanctions

- If you made advertising by PM, you may see your PM mailbox disabled for a determined period

- If your avatar doesn't respect the rules and you ignore the moderator's request to have it changed, the Administrator may forbid you from displaying an Avatar.

- Advertising for money-related stuff = Immediate ban

- Ignoring the moderators' warnings and continuing to not respect the rules, insulting people and trolling may result to a simple ban from this forum, an Forumotion-wide ban or a ban forum deleted, according to the gravity of the member's fault.

قرار إداري:::: أرجو من الجميع اختيار صوره شخصيه مناسبة تليق في المنتدى. ممنوع صور الرموز ألدينيه أيا كانت... ممنوع صور شخصيه لا تليق في المنتدى... ممنوع صور فنانين بلباس وقح.... أما بالنسبة للتوقيع فأرجو عدم وضع أكثر من توقيع واحد.....

1- يمنع منعاً باتاً اي وضع موضوع يمس أي دين سماوي . وعكسه سيطرد العضو الى الـ أبد .

1. All messages express the views of the author not the forum and its administration.
2. You must converse in an appropriate way to be allowed to participate.
3. You may, from time to time, find yourself in disagreement with someone else's opinion. At times like these, please keep in mind it's safer and more polite to take issue with the comments rather than the person.
4. You must stay on topic when posting a new thread, or posting to a pre-existing thread.
5. Communicating in a chat room or on message boards is different from face-to-face communication. Only the words are seen, not your facial expressions or tone of voice. Please pay careful attention to how you use your words.
6.Users found in violation of this rule will be subject to immediate banishment.

Further, here are some common sense rules in case the above is not clear enough. These rules are meant to help maintain a respectable forum here. These rules are for the good of everybody here and should be taken seriously.

1. Do unto others, as you would have them do to you. Do not post against somebody in a rude or nasty manner. Do not flame other members for their thoughts or opinions. We all have a different perspective on life and general topics so respect others and they will respect you. If you have a problem with another user do not post it here in the forums. Send that user an email or PM but do not bring your dirty laundry to the forums. If you do you will be warned and if you do it again you will be immediately banned for 30 days minimum.

2. Do not spam the forums. Do not bring back old threads that have been dead for too long. A respectable time limit is anything within three months. If is imperative that you post in a thread older than that then do so but explain yourself as you do. We are understanding and if you have a good reason for doing so then we will see your intentions.

3. Do not post topics in the incorrect forums. Make sure your post is in the right forum. If we have to excesively move your posts, you will receive a warning then we may ban you at our discretion.

4. Do not post subjects that do not have anything to do with the particular forum you are posting in. If you do you will receive one warning then if the action is done again you will be removed from the forums. Also, do not post the same post word for word or advertise in other forums multiple times. This is called spam as well and will not be tolerated.

5. Do not use foul language here, This is subject to the use of foul language in your user name as well. If you signed up with a foul account name then I will ban the account and email you my reason.Keep it clean; you never know who might be reading your post. Do not post offensive material such as porn, racial slurs and any theme that may be offensive.

6. Lastly, the moderators are the eyes of the Admin and they make many calls here. If they have a problem with you or anything you post they will do their best to contact you and let you know of their thoughts and intentions. They will be hospitable and try to understand where your coming from but in the instance any user fails to adhere to their wishes the mod will let me know and I will deal with the issue. Please, respect any of the mods here. They are doing a hard job of maintaining this forum and should be respected for it.

7. We reserve the right to change, modify, and append the above rules as we see fit. Further, we reserve the right to ban any user at any time for any reason.

8. In the event of a user being banned he or she will have their post count reset. The post count is a reward to those who post with dignity and respect the rules. Those that are banned for whatever reason and for whatever lenth of time do not deserve a post count.

9. Last, but not least, have fun here and do it with the understanding that these rules are not here to limit you but to open a forum to more than just the adult users. We like to consider this a family forum and would welcome any and all ages to join.
